In this workshop you will learn how to format PowerPoints for accessibility (both new and legacy presentations). We will review the use of layout templates, lists, alternative text, color contrast, as well as how to use the Microsoft PowerPoint Accessibility Checker. Finally, you will learn how to link to a presentation file from a Canvas Page and use Ally to download alternative formats.
