Adjunct faculty must submit this form once for each term (Fall, Spring, Summer) they are available.

All three forms are due by 11:59 pm on October 15 for the academic year beginning the summer of the following year.

Forms in the next cycle are focused on Summer 2026, Fall 2026, and Spring 2027.

Adjunct Faculty

Adjunct/part-time faculty who wish to be considered for employment in a given term, must submit this form once for each term of each year.

Full-time faculty who wish to be considered for overload and/or summer employment, must submit this form once for each term of each year.
