Davis Center Welcome (Orientation)

For new faculty and experienced folks, this is an opportunity to talk about how the Davis Center works as a learning community. This is an orientation and overview of services available at the Center, both on ground as well as our remote/online operation. There will be an opportunity to meet the staff as well as a chance to share experiences and talk about teaching and learning in Davis.

This event will provide an opportunity for faculty to get to know the ins and outs of the Davis Center as well as the services and resources the center provides to it's students. There will also be an opportunity to meet the center staff. Building comradery helps create great teamwork within the center, which helps improve student experience and engagement, ultimately helping them achieve their goals.

This will be an online (via Zoom) conference-style meeting hosted by Andrea Gaytan, Dean of Davis Center and West Sacramento Center. There will be a presentation and attendees are highly encouraged to ask questions and participate throughout the meeting.
