All Los Rios faculty are issued a Los Rios email account using either Outlook or Outlook Web Access (OWA). The College and District use this account to communicate official information. Please check your account frequently. It is also expected that you will use this account to communicate with students.
You will not be able to log onto your class rosters until you have activated your e-mail account.
Establishing Your New Email Account
Full-Time Faculty
- An email account is created once your job data is processed by Human Resources.
Adjunct Faculty
- A Los Rios email account will be created for you once your Tentative Class Schedule (TCS) is finished being processed by Human Resources. You will be notified when the email account is available.
- If it has been two full weekdays after your orientation and you still do not have an e-mail address, please contact your District Office HR specialist, or the Los Rios Help Desk at helpdeskdo@losrios.edu.
Accessing Your Email
In order to access your email via Outlook Exchange Online, you need at least Outlook 2016 (contact I.T. Services).
You can also use a modern web browser to access your email via Outlook Web Access.
