The Multi-Year Plan Template is a detailed resource that can be used to identify the courses that will be assessed and reported on each semester over a 6-year period. Note: This Multi-Year Plan template contains 3 separate sheets: The form itself, a completed example form, and instructions. Each sheet is labeled and can be accessed via the tabs at the lower left of the form’s Excel screen.
