Sabbatical Professional Development Application Instructions

A few instructions to help you complete your application for sabbatical/professional development leave.

1. The Sabbatical/Professional Development Leave application process has two (2) forms:
   • The District Application Form
   • SCC Supplemental Information Form
2. The forms are available online 
3. The Supplemental Information Form has questions developed by the committee to better understand how the proposal impacts you and the college community.
4. Please be sure that both you and your dean have signed the application form (digitally or on paper).
5. Please submit the signed Application and the Supplemental Information form to the Instructional Services Office by 4:00 pm on the published due date.
